Kyle focuses his practice on Community Associations and Creditor’s Rights work. He advises condominium and homeowners associations on matters of compliance with their governing documents and on collection of past due assessments. Prior to joining Rees Broome, Kyle was an Associate with SmolenPlevy, where he was exposed to a diverse array of practice areas. While attending law school at George Mason University, Kyle interned for the Arlington County Circuit Court, served as a Notes Editor on The Civil Rights Law Journal, and clerked for several firms in the Washington D.C. metro area.
