Zohaib is part of the Community Associations Group representing homeowners’ and condominium unit owners’ associations in Maryland. In this role, he represents associations in the collection of delinquent accounts and covenants enforcement actions. In addition, he assists clients in interpreting and complying with their governing documents and applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Prior to joining Rees Broome, Zohaib worked for a law firm based in Maryland where he primarily practiced real estate law, creditors’ rights, business law, and litigation. Zohaib also worked as an attorney advisor for the Federal Government, USA where he provided advice on transactional issues arising in loan agreements. Zohaib has a wide range of international experience in litigation and transactional matters representing businesses and individuals.
