Experience

Overview

Abigail (Abby) focuses her practice on civil litigation. She regularly handles litigation matters involving shareholder disputes, breach of contract claims, non-compete disputes, and dissolution-related disputes. Abigail has represented condominiums in regard to structural defect claims, government contractors in disputes with subcontractors, and shareholders regarding breach of contract claims. While attending law school at Duquesne University, Abigail served as editor-in-chief of the Duquesne Law Review and was a constitutional law research assistant to the president of Duquesne University.
