Claudia Rafi

Claudia is an Associate within the Community Associations Group representing homeowners' and condominium unit owners' associations in Maryland. She assists clients with navigating collections' actions. Claudia also assists clients in interpreting and complying with their governing documents and local, state, and federal laws.

Prior to joining the firm, Claudia worked as an Associate Attorney at Colucci & Gallaher, where she served as national counsel for various manufacturers, providing defense in both state and federal courts across the country. She also gained valuable experience during her time at Samsung Electronics Home Appliances America, assisting with corporate compliance, contract negotiations, labor and employment matters, and litigation oversight.

Claudia graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she was actively involved as a peer mentor and tutor.
