With more than 10 years of experience, Caitlin has managed litigation portfolios of over 500 matters across multiple jurisdictions. Her experience includes all phases of litigation, from pre-suit strategy and discovery through dispositive motions, trial, and post-judgment enforcement.
In her creditors’ rights and bankruptcy practice, Caitlin advises clients on recovery strategies, collections, and risk mitigation, helping maximize recoveries while controlling costs. She regularly represents lenders, insurers, and corporate clients in complex recovery and insolvency-related matters.
Caitlin also serves as counsel to community associations, advising boards and property managers on governance, covenant enforcement, collections, and dispute resolution. She provides clear, actionable guidance that helps associations operate effectively while minimizing legal exposure.
Prior to joining the firm, Caitlin served as Senior Counsel with Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP where she represented Fortune 100/500 companies and institutional clients in complex commercial disputes across state and federal courts nationwide. At Shook, Caitlin managed large, multi-jurisdictional caseloads and played a key role in developing litigation strategy, leading discovery, and handling dispositive motions. She worked closely with corporate clients to navigate complex legal and operational challenges, consistently delivering efficient, business-focused solutions aligned with client objectives.
Caitlin also maintains an interest in international law and politics. During law school she worked as a legislative assistant for a leading insurance company, monitoring the interests of the company at the state, federal and international levels and providing support in the areas of law, policy, communications, research, public relations and political compliance. Caitlin has also interned with a member of the U.S. House of Representatives and with the Irish Parliament (Oireachtas).
