Nick Phillips is a seasoned commercial litigator and construction attorney with a broad range of experience guiding clients through complex disputes and business challenges.
Nick attended law school at the University of Baltimore where he was a member of the National Trial Competition Team and the Manuscripts Editor for the Law Forum. In law school, he published an article later cited by multiple appellate courts. After law school, Nick began his career clerking for two judges in Baltimore City gaining valuable exposure to the litigation process and getting a behind the scenes look at how courts and judges see cases.
Nick has represented developers, contractors, subcontractors and other businesses in all different types of cases and controversies. He has counseled his clients through contract and payment disputes, regulatory investigations, construction side accidents, and insurance coverage and policy matters, and advised clients on litigation strategy and potential outcomes in a wide variety of circumstances.
Nick understands that effective advocacy starts with recognizing the individuality of every case. His practice is built on crafting personalized, strategic solutions that align with each client’s particularized needs and circumstances.
