Construction Law Attorney
Rees Broome, a highly regarded firm approaching its 50th anniversary, with approximately 50 lawyers, is looking for an experienced construction law attorney. The individual will join a highly-regarded construction law practice based in our Tysons VA headquarters.
The ideal candidate will have 7 or more years’ experience in the construction law field, including litigation experience as a first chair and related experience handling clients directly; solid competence with electronic discovery; knowledge of the claims process; and some exposure to bonds and/or lien claims. Must be barred in Virginia; other local jurisdictions would be desirable.
