Eric Lammers has over twenty-five years of experience representing clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 50 companies. He has extensive experience in commercial litigation, including contract disputes, real estate and construction litigation, significant insurance coverage claims, employment-related disputes, bid protests and corporate and partnership disputes. Eric is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Virginia, the Maryland Court of Appeals, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Eric also has appeared before the United States Government Accountability Office, and he has extensive experience in mediations and arbitrations.

- Representing general contractors in payment and defective work disputes with subcontractors, as well as with owners.
- Advising contractors regarding legal and regulatory obligations applicable to federal, state and local government contracts.
- Representing contractors and other companies in employment-related disputes, including claims relating to the enforcement of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements and the misappropriation of trade secrets.
- Representing individuals and businesses in real estate disputes, including representation of the seller of a commercial property in a contractual dispute with a real estate developer.
- Representing businesses in lease disputes, including the representation of a major defense contractor in litigation to terminate a multi-floor office lease due to landlord’s failure to provide adequate services.
- Representing businesses in commercial contract and other business disputes, including the representation of a major software company in a licensing dispute with a leading technology firm.
- Representing businesses in arbitrations, including representation of a Fortune 100 company in an international arbitration before the International Centre of Dispute Resolution in New York.
