Overview

Mariana is an Associate within the Community Associations Group representing homeowners' and condominium unit owners' associations in Maryland. She assists clients in interpreting and complying with their governing documents and local, state, and federal laws. Mariana assists clients with navigating collections' actions. Clients appreciate Mariana's comprehensive overview of community association matters when looking for assistance on the next steps to take within their community.

Prior to joining Rees Broome, Mariana worked as an Associate General Counsel at Stride, Inc. assisting internal stakeholders with matters related to corporate governance, contract review, and regulatory compliance. During her law school career, Mariana was president of the Transactional Negotiation Team and served as Articles Editor on the American University Washington College of Law Health Law & Policy Brief.
