Experience
Rasneek focuses her practice on Creditor’s Rights and Community Associations work. She has experience representing auto-financing companies in deficiency collection matters, replevin, mechanic’s lien, and forfeiture cases. She has successfully argued motions before the U.S. Bankruptcy and Federal Courts in the District of Maryland.
Rasneek frequently counsels’ clients regarding policy issues, regulatory compliance with both state and federal rules, and consumer protection laws. She has a history of monitoring industry groups and case law to provide analysis of proposed legislation. She also has negotiated stock purchasing agreements and advised senior executives on business matters.
In addition, Rasneek is a certified mediator in the State of Maryland. She has volunteered with the Fairfax Bar Association Youth Programs and currently sits on the executive board of the Alexandria Choral Society.
