Tatiana is part of the Community Associations Group, exclusively representing homeowners’ and condominium unit owners’ associations in Maryland. In this role, Tatiana assists clients in interpreting and complying with their governing documents, as well as with the collection of past due assessments.

Before joining Rees Broome, Tatiana represented property owners, landlords, and property management companies, helping them navigate complex landlord-tenant issues, lease agreements, and eviction processes while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
