Legal assistants are the backbone of the work we do for our clients. With the solid foundation of training and support provided by our legal assistant’s program, our legal assistant team provides critical support to our attorneys. Legal assistants at Rees Broome work directly with Shareholders, Counsel and Associates, gain substantial practical experience and develop valuable organizational and professional skills. Both our Community Association/HOA legal assistants, Corporate & Business legal assistants and Litigation legal assistants may be assigned to a specific specialty group or team within a practice area. The Legal Assistants Program lasts for three years. Some participants choose to stay on as career paralegals; others continue on to graduate studies, including law school, business school or other graduate programs, or to other professions.
