Attorney Joseph Shannon has been appointed to the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Fairfax.
The Virginia Common Interest Community Board updated the acceptable resale disclosure packet preparation fees for property owners' associations and condominiums. The new rates took effect on January 16, 2018.

On February 6, 2018, the D.C. City Council introduced legislation that would exempt condominium associations from certain requirements applicable to public swimming pools.
