THIS CLASS WILL SATISFY THE TRAINING REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL NEW COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY BOARD MEMBERS IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MARYLAND. ATTENDANCE IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 25 REGISTRANTS.
Montgomery County Bill 45-4 requires that all members of the boards of directors of common interest communities in Montgomery County (except those located within the City of Gaithersburg) complete a board member training course designed by the Montgomery County Commission on Common Ownership Communities ("CCOC") within 90 days of being elected.
Attorneys at Rees Broome, PC have been approved by the CCOC to teach the class live and we are offering it with a complimentary lunch. While it is not mandatory for board members in other counties, it is a great class regarding board governance. All of our Maryland board members are invited to attend.
SPACE IS LIMITED SO RSVP TODAY!
If you register but are unable to make it, please
inform us as soon as possible so that individuals on
the waiting list may be included.
This Luncheon is a complimentary service for our clients and fellow community association professionals.
