Virginia Law for Common Interest Community Managers - November 14, 2019

Rees Broome, PC is proud to announce that it is approved by the Virginia Common Interest Community Board (CICB) to teach a CICB-approved training program that will satisfy 2.0 contact hours of Virginia Law training for management principals and supervisors pursuant

Due to space constraints, this program is limited to 25 participants. Lunch will be provided.

This course is being provided to managers who need the program to fulfill Virginia certification requirements.  As such, preference will be given to those attendees.

In order to accommodate as many people as possible, please register no more than 2 people per Management Company. We will be offering this course periodically throughout the year, so there will be other opportunities to attend within the 2-year certificate renewal period. A waitlist will be kept in the event of cancellations.  As a courtesy to your fellow management professionals, if you cannot attend the seminar, please inform us so that someone on the waitlist can attend in your place.  Please note that if you already have taken this course to satisfy the above-referenced requirement within your current certificate renewal period, you should not need to sign up for the course offering again.  However, please consult the Virginia manager regulations regarding specific manager licensing and certification requirements or contact the CICB with your questions.
